Senior Account Manager
Mr. Daniels joined Guest Research from NAVIS, where he served as a Client Advocate supporting a broad spectrum of hospitality clients. In that capacity, David implemented NAVIS’ sales and marketing platforms, trained clients’ cross-functional management teams and analyzed client data to identify performance enhancement opportunities.|
Prior to joining NAVIS, David opened and served as Resort Manager for the AAA 4-Diamond Mar Vista Grande in North Myrtle Beach, SC. His experience also includes tenure as a Reservations Manager, Revenue Manager and Evening operations Manager for full-service resorts. David brings more than 10 years hospitality experience to Guest Research. Outside of the hospitality world, he served as Sales and Operations Manager for a Tampa-based advertising company.
Mr. Daniels holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Hospitality Management from the University of Central Florida. He studied abroad in Paris and Lyon, France in International Cuisine.
