Jeni Batte

Ms. Batte joined Guest Research following more than 20 years in guest research, competitive intelligence, and business improvement across diverse service-based industries. Jeni worked for Service Management Group (“SMG”) for 19 years, rising from a Project Coordinator to a Project Manager to a Senior Project Manager and to Director of Client Services. Kansas City-based SMG works with more than 400 brands delivering on the promise that increasing the number of loyal employees and guests is a proven way to drive sustainable, profitable sales growth.

As Director of Client Services at SMG, Jeni was responsible for driving creative, long-term strategic client solutions that added value and profitability, inspired cross-functional team accountability to ensure deliverables met and exceeded client expectations, and nurtured relationships across departments to align internal resources that support SMG’s objectives. Most recently Jeni was an independent Customer Experience Consultant helping CEOs, CMOs and experience leaders build strategies to deal with the complexities of employee and guest engagement.

Ms. Batte holds a Bachelor of Science from Northwest Missouri State University, where she majored in Broadcast Journalism.
