The satisfaction & loyalty of Club members – be they members of Golf, Tennis or Sports/Athletic Clubs – is critical to renewals and
referral business. Member satisfaction & loyalty should be measured every year or at least every other year for both freestanding
Clubs and those within resorts. Surveying is conducted online and, if appropriate, is supported with an online Management
Reporting System. The surveys are customized to address all important operational, marketing and management issues.
