Dr. Law’s professional career spans more than two decades of business, consulting and analytics experience. He designs measurement, analytics and insights solutions that enable positive customer / employee experiences and business performance.

Randy is an Associate Consultant at Guest Research, Inc., and CEO of Analytics and Insights Matter (AIM). Previously, he was Vice President of Analytics & Insights at Market Force, an industry recognized Customer Experience Management firm based in Louisville CO. While at Market Force, Randy was hands-on in delivering analytics and consulting services to clients including Hilton Hotels, Travelodge UK, Five Guys, Smashburger, Raising Cane’s, Arby’s, Safeway, Publix, Phillips 66, British Petroleum, BigLots!, Ace Hardware and the Signet Group (Kay, Jared and Zales brands). Prior to Market Force, Randy held a variety of leadership, consulting and analytics positions at organizations such as McKesson, PeopleSoft/Oracle, Arrow Performance Group and Gateway Computers.

Dr. Law earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Psychology, a Masters Degree in Clinical Psychology from Michigan State University and a PhD in Personality and Social Psychology (emphasis in Quantitative Methods) from the University of Texas at Austin. He has been a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute for over 15 years.
